Hello! My name is Dave Telling, and I put up this website to help in several areas:

1. I have been the senior electronics engineer for Mallory Ignitions (under several different owners) for more than 30 years. I specilaize in embedded system designs that incorporate analog, digital, microcontroller and some power systems. See the "Design Service" page for more information!

2. Because of my Mallory design experience, I also can offer an ignition repair service for those who need it. I can repair most varieties of Mallory ignitions built since the mid-80's, as well as repair/upgrade ACCEL -  DFI Dual Sync distributors and Edelbrock Pro-Flow distributors made by Mallory.

3. This website also provides a place to put some project files for some personal projects, as I do a variety of small, often amateur-radio related projects for the ham community.

I hold an Extra-class amateur radio license, KJ7WT, and I enjoy electronics, computers, motorcycles, flying (but not a licensed pilot) and helping with a grief recovery program called GriefShare.

I have been married to the beautiful Christy Ann since 1975, and we have 3 children and (as of February 2017) 5 grandchildren!
